For CBRE – one of the world’s leading real estate companies – buildings are at the core of what they do – they provide space, determine the movement of people, and shape the character of a city. CBRE commissioned Envisions to design an office module for their regional headquarters in Eindhoven with a clear brief: maximum flexibility for 1 to 40 people, and an inspiring spatial statement rooted in Eindhoven’s DNA.
The result is Collaborative Motion – an office module that functions as a presentation space, a meeting room, and a place for quiet conversation, all within a dynamic modular design.
Modularity
By sliding the light filters, moving around the modules of the sofa, stools, and light elements, a completely new setting can be created. A coffee for two, a team catch-up or a presentation with all clients, every moment can find it’s ssetup

Spatial intervention
Eindhoven’s skyline – which can be observed from CBRE’s office space – shifts colour and intensity throughout the day. Collaborative Motion embodies and reinforces this transformation. From the warm hues of early morning to the deep tones of nightfall, the passing of daylight is translated into colour, material and light across every element of the installation.
The module’s transformable nature and aesthetic reflect something central to Eindhoven: an open, collaborative, and innovative spirit – where interaction shapes space, and space shapes interaction.

Furniture
Every piece was designed specifically for this office module – custom-made and locally made in Eindhoven. The modular sofa is upholstered in a textile woven from recycled PET yarn – shifting between gloss and matte depending on the light. The Light Filters carry bold visuals inspired by Eindhoven landmarks and architectural patterns. Strips of lenticular lenses shift and distort these visuals – adding a digital quality. Stools have been 3D printed from recycled plastic filament using a large-format robot arm, their textured skins as structural as they are tactile. The light sculptures follow the same technique – stacked 3D printed transparent shapes that echo the silhouettes of skyscrapers, providing both light and atmosphere within the module. Side tables and TV stand are built from structural aluminium profiles – a nod to Brainport’s high-precision manufacturing culture – topped with a solid surface cast from old refrigerators and household plastic waste.

Conversation starters
The office module is heavily influenced by icons of Brabant – its buildings, its culture, its industry, its past and future. These visual clues act as starting points – visual references that give CBRE’s guests something to discover, discuss, and take home with them.
